Across the ocean, in southern Japan’s Kyushu, lies Shintomi Town, Miyazaki. With the second-highest annual sunlight hours in Japan, it is called the “land of abundance bestowed by the sun.”
Sharing its name with the nearly 90-year-old Shintomi Town Cultural Market, it has formed a sister-city bond with Wanhua.

A curated selection of local specialties: Emperor-offered rice, Locally farmed eel, Tea leaves dancing with fireflies, Kisu fish raised with Mozart music, Sun-dried pickled radish, Lychee jelly (1,000 yen each), Superfood papaya enzyme…plus regional snacks, side dishes, and beverages.
During the exhibition, resident units of the market—Wanhua World Afternoon Bar and tokyobike—will offer limited-time menus,along with cooking classes, One Dish per Person sessions, guest chef days, and food & drink salons. Celebrate a season of abundance with us!

越過一片海洋，位於日本南方的九州宮崎縣，也有一個名為「新富町」的小鎮！它享有全日本第二高的平均日照時數，被譽為是「太陽賜予的豐饒之地」，更因和「新富町文化市場」這座近九十歲的老市場古蹟同名，而與萬華結下了姊妹市的緣分。
在即將到來的歲末年初，新富町文化市場獻上《來自九州新富町の御土產》選品展覽，將產自宮崎縣新富町的天皇獻上米、名地養殖的鰻魚、與螢火蟲共舞的茶葉、聽莫札特音樂的吻仔魚、壯觀日曬工藝的醃蘿蔔、一粒千圓日幣的荔枝果凍、超級食物木瓜酵素帶來新富半樓仔，還有選自宮崎縣的小菜零嘴與酒飲；而新富町文化市場的進駐單位萬華世界下午酒場、tokyobike更推出展期間限定菜單，和精彩的料理教室、一人一菜会、客座主廚日及酒食沙龍，與各位一起迎接富足的好年！
